From kickoff to go-live in about 45 days
We begin by signing the agreement, nominating project leads, and confirming the rollout scope. We then configure branding, classes, fees, certificates, user roles, and the workflows included in your package. Admins and key office users receive hands-on training, followed by user acceptance testing to confirm that registrations, approvals, entries, results, and certificates work as expected. Once approved, we move the system live, monitor the rollout closely, and hand over to support.
